About The Event
In Part One, of this course you will be introduced to Awareness - Insight meditation.
We will cover.
- What Meditation is.
- Understand awareness and how to be more present. Let's delve deep through conversation and practice.
- Discover the nature and origin of our thoughts.
- What are some of the layers that makes us who we are and begin the process of 'unlearning'.
- Practice your first meditation and learn how to achieve a regular practice.
In Part Two & Part Three we start to uncover the psychology and neuroscience of the human experience and how it relates to meditation.
We will learn.
- Understanding the Conscious, Subconscious and Unconscious.
- The neuroscience and physiology of meditation.
- Understanding why we self-sabotage, moving past our excuses and fears.
- How to implement a regular practice through all aspects of life.
