1:1 Coaching

Coaching offers impactful opportunity to connect with your inner wisdom, uncover your own answers, and break through personal blocks, old patterns, and limiting beliefs. By integrating deep listening, therapeutic techniques, and mindfulness practices, coaching opens the door to discovering a more aligned, authentic version of yourself and your path forward.

Amanda’s approach also integrates somatic inquiry, guiding you to connect with your body’s innate wisdom. This is grounded in her background as a movement specialist (Classical Pilates and Yin Yoga) and meditation teacher, where mindfulness and movement come together as pathways to deeper self-awareness.
 

How can coaching help?

Coaching provides a space for clarity and fresh perspectives. It’s like following a thread out of a dark cave, guiding you toward the light where everything becomes clearer. With deep listening and thoughtful questions, a coach helps create an environment where hidden insights come to the surface. This process empowers you to uncover your own answers and achieve greater self-awareness.

Mentoring can help;

  • Open your mind to new ways of seeing or doing things through shared insight and shared knowledge.

  • Provide constructive feedback and advice for problem solving.

  • Help bring awareness to your current strengths and shine a light on areas for growth.

  • ​Assist anyone with a meditation practice who are wanting to dive deeper and are needing some guidance.

Tools used in a coaching or mentoring session include;

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

  • Inner Child Work.

  • Narrative Therapy.

  • Emotional Sensing and releasing.

  • Gestalt Therapy.

  • Awareness Insight Meditation.

  • Compassionate Inquiry.

Investment: $135.00 NZD. (including GST).

Coaching and mentoring sessions are 50 minutes long, held online or in person.

Please kindly note a 24 hour cancellation policy applies for all coaching and mentoring sessions. If full notice to change or cancel a lesson is not applied full charge for a session will be made.
