Spring Mini Retreat

Spring mini retreat awaits!

On this beautiful full day of retreat goodness you will be led by Amanda Sutherland, owner of Inner Insight and House of Pilates through some of her favourite mind and body practices. With 12 years as a classical pilates teacher, certified in Yin yoga and Awareness Insight meditation all classes will be a beautiful blend of all three set to open and unwind your body no matter your level or experience.

Celine Lamperin from La Maison De Cocina will be serving  a wholesome and delicious vegetarian lunch along with a selection of teas and snacks.

In the afternoon enjoy an informative workshop from expereinced osteopath Philippa Pownall from The Osteo Facialist as she teaches us her tips and tricks dervied from the FaceUp method. Learn about self massage techniques and a home routine for the face and neck for lymphatic drainage, stimulation of blood flow to the facial muscles for de-puffing the face and reduction of fine lines, relief from jaw tension, headaches and stress. 

To end the day there will be cacao served from Amanda and the opportunity to enjoy a hot soak in the Shala's hot tub.

Itinerary

• Energising Pilates class led by Amanda for all levels including breathing & movement exercises for a freer body and more balanced nervous system.
• Delicious vegetarian lunch, tea and snacks from La Maison De Celine, Celine Lamperin.
• FaceUp Method Workshop and self massage techniques and tools from The Osteo Facialist, Philippa Pownall.
• Yin yoga, guided meditation & shared cacao with Amanda.
• Tea breaks throughout and time for a soak in the shala's hot tub.
