Spring mini retreat awaits!
On this beautiful full day of retreat goodness you will be led by Amanda Sutherland, owner of Inner Insight and House of Pilates through some of her favourite mind and body practices. With 12 years as a classical pilates teacher, certified in Yin yoga and Awareness Insight meditation all classes will be a beautiful blend of all three set to open and unwind your body no matter your level or experience.
Celine Lamperin from La Maison De Cocina will be serving a wholesome and delicious vegetarian lunch along with a selection of teas and snacks.
In the afternoon enjoy an informative workshop from expereinced osteopath Philippa Pownall from The Osteo Facialist as she teaches us her tips and tricks dervied from the FaceUp method.
