Meet your host

Amanda Sutherland

Amanda loves bringing people together and facilitating enriching experience for others as well as sharing her love of the great outdoors, travel and nature. She resides in New Zealand and is the owner of House of Pilates & Inner Insight with over a decade of teaching experience. Certified in traditional pilates, she is also a teacher of Awareness Insight meditation and is passionate about the deeply profound effects on the mind and body through this ancient practice. Her further studies in Yin Yoga, the Poly Vagal theory & Breath work have expanded her work in healing & balancing the nervous system.

Soak up the cozy lodgings through mindful movement in our intimate yoga space. Enjoy a sauna, have a hot cup of tea by the outdoor fire, and enjoy delicious food artfully prepared from their awarded winning kitchen & sourced from their very own garden.

FRIDAY 1ST

3.00 pm - Group gathering and welcome
4.00 pm - Grounding movement practice & stretch (Yin yoga based)

6.00 pm - Fireside tea.

6.30 pm - Dinner

SATURDAY 2ND

6.30 am - Pilates wake up

7.30 am - Breakfast

9.00 am - Nature hike & Lake dip

2.00 pm - Free time for relaxation & Sauna

5.00 pm - Fireside gathering and tea

6.00 pm - Dinner
8.00 pm - Yin yoga for sleep

SUNDAY 3RD

7.30 am - Pilates Wake up & Breath work.

8.30 am - Breakfast

Free morning & Sauna (Option for another walk)
1.00 pm - Sherwood Lunch
2.00 pm - Time for massages/walks

Free evening for dinner

8.30 pm - Yin yoga & meditation for sleep
