Muri Lagoon Lodge is a much-loved, down-to-earth home nestled in one of Rarotonga’s most stunning settings. Positioned at the peaceful end of Muri Lagoon, it offers a relaxed and unpretentious place to land — where simplicity, comfort and nature support deep rest and renewal.
Framed by coconut palms and banana trees, the lodge is just moments from the lagoon, reached via a short garden path. Here, warm turquoise waters invite slow exploration, whether floating, snorkelling, or swimming out to the small sandy motus in the lagoon. A place to move softly, breathe deeply and connect with the natural rhythm of the island.

Rounding instruction & practice - A vedic yogic sequence combining gentle movement, breath & meditation.

Additional 'Introduction to Meditation' workshop for beginners including access to take the full 'Learn to Meditate' group course before or after retreat with Amanda or Jo (please ask for next dates if this applies).

Periods of silence for deeper rest and contemplation.

5 nights accommodation in our simple, comfortable lodgings. Private room with shared facilities.

Delicious & nutritious, pescatarian, plant- based meals. From arrival to departure. One day will be allocated into pairs for preparing an evening meal and kitchen clean up as an act of service. (All ingredients and recipes provided).
